Here are some useful tips in order to help you find the boat you are looking for: 1) Although most lengths are what they state, some yacht brokers mistakenly put down the overall length of a vessel including a bow pulpit or a swim platform. Others may put it as what is stated as the type of vessel. A good example is the SEA RAY line of vessels. Although a 440 Sea Ray is supposed to be 44 feet, it is actually 49'2" overall, and some yacht professionals will put that as the length. Therefore, make a larger parameter of lengths so that you will find ALL available vessels available for sale. 2) Another area that may be ambiguous is the type or style of vessel. A convertible, a sportisherman and a offshore sportfishing vessel are all basically the same type of vessel. Some search features only allow one type, therefore, limiting your search. Some yacht brokers put it as one type, however, you are looking under another parameter, not even realizing it, and missing the perfect boat that would have been perfect. 3) Not all boats are listed on the internet that are available! We have boats that may be available in a short while, and not yet posted on our websites. Therefore, it is always in the buyers best interest to contact us and let us know what you are looking for. 4) Some brokerage companies will advertise the same vessel. This means that there may not be 25 46' Bertram Convertibles available, actually, there may be only 18 and the same one was repeated 7 times. This is due to the fact that the seller cannot commit to a single broker thinking that being on multiple times is better.
